DREAM HOME Draw for CHHA, Hamilton Branch

Goemans Appliances are pleased to support the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association, Hamilton Branch by donating the appliances for the ULTIMATE DREAM HOME draw. Giving Back!

Both the Hamilton and Southwestern Ontario Ronald McDonald Houses were presented with a cheque for $5 000 by Jason Goemans during the Goemans London Location Gala.

Home for Dinner

Goemans Appliances and its staff actively support the Home for Dinner program, a unique initiative where members of community groups, local businesses and other organizations prepare home-cooked meals for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.

Summer Raffle Fundraiser

The Goemans family was delighted to donate a Weber Genesis CEP-320 grill, a Napoleon patio heater, and a barbeque accessory package to the Hamilton Ronald McDonald House summer raffle fundraiser.

Relay for Life 2011

For the fourth year in a row Goemans staff has participated in the Relay for Life at Dofasco Park. With a new name and several new participants we were able to raise over $10,000 for the Canadian Cancer society through individual pledges as well as fundraising events. Previously known as “Goemans Girls”, the new and improved “Goemans Gang” arrived to “Strike out Cancer”. Decked out in our new baseball theme we received honorable mentions for best team uniforms and best site decorations. Due to the large number of participants this year we were divided into two groups “Goemans Gang 1” and “Goemans Gang 2” and for the first time we were awarded as Bronze and Silver teams for reaching specific fundraising plateaus.

The Relay for Life is a non-competitive, overnight relay that celebrates cancer survivors and pays tribute to loved ones affected by the disease. Funds raised support the Canadian Cancer Society's mission to eradicate cancer and enhance the quality of life of Canadians living with cancer through research, information services, support programs, and advocacy.

Haiti Earthquake Relief

Goemans is proud to announce that a donation of $10 000 on behalf of Goemans Appliances has been raised in support of Haiti Earthquake Relief. Congratulations and Thank You to our staff for their great effort and generous contribution.

Goemans is a very proud supporter of the Hamilton Ronald McDonald House and the Southwestern Ontario Ronald McDonald House.

While Goemans is committed to supporting as many causes as we can, it is simply impossible to contribute to all proposals.

Please complete the Donation/Sponsorship Request form in its entirety. If your request meets our established corporate giving criteria, we will contact you.
