The adjustable air vents make it easy to manage airflow for precise temperature control, including top venting that is protected from the elements. The Vortex heat management system improves convection within the grill for better searing and smoking as well as improved fuel efficiency. Stainless steel grids heat quickly and need little maintenance, they are hinged to allow easy addition of extra charcoal, refilling water pans, and addition of wood for smoking. The integrated temperature gauge helps you maintain the perfect temperature while you grill at a comfortable height, thanks to improved leg joints that provide rock-solid stability and an elevated grilling surface for your barbecue needs.
